Advocate Aivan Raj is a graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore (NLSIU) and an Agency for Science, Technology and Research Scholar of the National University of Singapore High School of Mathematics and Science.
He was the Joint-Convenor of the National Law School of India University’s Legal Services Clinic and had interned under the then Supreme Court Justice and incumbent Chief Justice of India D.Y. Chandrachud. After graduation, he worked as a Legal Associate (Corporate) with L&L Partners Law Offices/Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, Mumbai, following which he relocated to Kochi and was associated with Menon & Pai as Counsel (Tax and Corporate) and Veeksha Law LLP as an Associate (Insolvency, Tax and General Corporate). He has worked on several reported cases including Supreme Court Constitution Bench decisions and multi-billion dollar M&A transactions and insolvency resolutions.
